downloading ringtones

hi I'm trying to download a ringtone from this site and when I click on the download icon, it just plays the tone. What do I do?

You have two options for download:
# Directly to your phone: If you want to download something directly to your phone, Select the Phone you have, then browse our downloads. Every download has a Download ID. After finding it, go to our wap site: wap.phonearena.com using your MOBILE device. Go to Downloads and input the Download ID. The content will be downloaded directly to your phone.

# To your computer: If you want, you can download the content to your computer first, and then upload it to your phone using Bluetooth, IRDA, or cable. In such case, just find whatever you like and then click on the download icon.

i tryed that and it tells me its not acceptable what do i do oh and i have a samsung SPH-A540
