How to Use Downloaded WAVS??

After I've downloaded the ringtones off this site... how do i get them onto my phone... I have a samsung a670 (verizon wireless).

You have to find a way to upload them on our Phone via cable, irda, etc.. Soon we will launch wap site from where you will be able to download directly to the phone..
