$49 Family plan - Unl. Nights = add. contract ?? :(

Hello,

yesterday I switched my phone from $39 plan to $49 family plan and added my sister's phone ... but she said if I want to have Unlimited Nights I did to extend my contract ... what's up with that ? I thought unlimited nights were default on $49 plan ...

of course I rejected, but I do need unlimited nights (though, starting at 9 is not that good anyway)

What the rep told you was correct information. The family time plans with the UL Nights do require a 12 mth contract. I know there is the option for the 49.99 without nights that does not require the extension.
