I’ve just started a new job and I’m piled with emails. I need to have access to my e-mail all the time. I have a PDA, but it’s no good for writing. I’ll need something with QWERTY keyboard. Besides, I’m willing to sell the PDA if I can find a handset with good web browser and WiFi. I also need to make a lot of calls, so it must be comfortable for talking and probably Bluetooth would be a good idea so that not to hold it all the time. Can you suggest what phone I should choose to cover my needs? A colleague of mine suggested Motorola Q for Verizon. What do you think? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

MDA is an option. It has lots of bells and whistles, WiFi, storage slot, all types of software for Windows Mobile (incl. Pocket Office), complexity and is much cheaper than any other phone in its class. On the other hand if you need it mainly for email the Blackberry is much better, especially for corporate email.
check out this software keyboard:

when you get used to it, it will give 3-times faster typing results, then using stylus.
hardware keyboard still wins in typing speed, but with this keyboard you don't need another device and don't need to carry additional hardware in your pocket.
