delayed minutes usage update

My T-Mobile seems to be very slow in updating minute usage. In the past few weeks it is more than 48 hours behind. It seems a bit strange to me. Is it normal?

It’s definitely not normal. It should be updated every couple of hours. Sometimes roaming on another carrier causes delay, so that might be the case.
