It’s about 30 days since my bill should have arrived. I called Cingular and was told that they’ll open a trouble ticket and extend the due date. Does this happen often and do you know how long will they extend it?

it has been two since i have seen a bill, i have called a number of times, the last time they said it should be taken care of by 3/29/06, but still nothing. i did go to the cingular store last month, and this month and make a payment anyway based on my average bill. it comes up on my online account as a credit. no one at cingular has been able to tell me why.

My bills have always been on time for the 3 years I’m with Cingular. It was only once that my bill was incorrect, but they fixed it after only one call, so I think everything will be all right with your bill

My bill was delayed and due date was pushed back. I was told it was a billing issue which was in the bilog
