i got the W600 some days ago online from the internet store but i am not happy with its quality (housing and voice). can i replace it in my local store or got to send it back and wait for some weeks?

I once tried returning in the 14-days and they didn't replaced it - i had to send it back tru the mail!

They must have sent you a re-furbished phone. The sound quality & housing is amazing on the one I have. That's the reason I DON'T order online. Ever wonder WHY the price is so much cheaper online???

refurbished phones are checked to have NO problems ;)
