Lockline or VZW?

My 710 was replaced for $50, after I dropped the original one in water. The replacement however has some problems with the speakerphone and the ringers, probably the speaker is no good. I'm wondering waht to do whether to take it to a VZW store for another replacement or send it lockline?

they should have replaced your one with a refurbished unit - and they should be tested to work fine. Probably your is some defective, so you can try changing it

yea, veriz-user is right. i had the same problem and got two replacements. just keep calling lockline
