I've been trying to play video messages on my new W900i, but it keeps redirecting me to t-mo's website. I've tried on my previous n6680, but it was the same. So I'm wondering if t-mo even support this feature. I don't know if it has anything to do with my plan. I have the unlimited messaging, which supports any kind of message but I do NOT have any internet package. Should I be able to get video messages? Please anyone help me.

It is realyy frustrating. My friend has an s710, a much older phone than mine, but she is with cingular and gets video messages, and I don't

Of course, t-mo supports video messaging. In fact, they were he first US carrier to offer it. You must send an MMS first, beacuase when you send one it determines your phone type and whether it supports video messaging or not.For some non-t-mo phones it often gives some default phone that usually doesn't support picture messaging, although your phone supports it. You can try to put your sim in a razr and send a message and then put card back in your w900i and try sending to it. It will probably do.

yes, t-mo supports video messaging. sparkle's suggestion sounds good, but if it doesn't work you can always contact technical support to provision you in the MMSC to recieve MMS (including video messages).
