I have a VCast phone (E815) but I dont have the VCast service ($15/month) do I need the VCast service to buy VCast Games? or can I buy them without having to pay the $15/month???

You'll need the VCast service to get the games. There are also games that you can get via GIN

Sorry, this is wrong.

VCast games are games that are only available to VCast phones but have nothing to do with subscribing to the VCast service or even if you're in a VCast coverage area. You can be in a 1X only area and still download the games
