Htc tp2 touchflo 3d not loading!!!!!

Ive had the phone ever since it came out on verizon. I tuned on the phone and all it does is say htc, not loading touchflo 3d underneath. I soft reset it and didnt work. I put it back to the default windows settings and put launch touchflo 3d and it just did the same thing. PLEASE HELP!!!
