Helix, Ux310 data transfer

I'm considering the Helix (ux310) phone and would like to know if i can connect it to my computer to download and transfer photos, ring tones, etc.
If so what software will be required?

Because the Helix does NOT have SD Card slot, you cannot use the data cable for anything but charging the phone. At this time, there is no PC drivers to recognize the phone when plugged in. Hopefully that will change soon!
