LG Arena: cannot send or receive pictures

Hello:

I've had this phone for over a month now. I do like everything about it, except that I cannot send or receive multimedia files (pictures). I am able to get on the Internet fine and surf the web.

I know that you need to be able to connect to the Internet in order to receive MMS messages, but I still cannot download them.

My carrier here in the U.S. is AT & T. They could not help me.

Anybody has any ideas?

Like phone but cannot access web and/or send pictures. Had phone for 3 wks, contacted Tracfone numerous times for 2 wks. They are working on the problem. Anyone else with Tracfone LG290c phone had this problem.
