International Cell phone Plan

My friend wants to borrow my motorala razr international cell phone and use <a href="http://www.rangeroamer.com/default.aspx"> Range roamer</a> as the plan provider. Does anyone know anything about this provider? Do you think it will work?

Yes these kind of international sim cards will work fine with the razr but it has to be unlocked first otherwise you can't just put in whatever sim card you want.
