KM900 Arena (problems)?

Hi,

I was wondering if all issues with the KM900 Arena have been fixed by the manufacturer (via software or firmware updates)? I do like the phone and I´m thinking of getting one, but it seems there´re quite a few people here in UK complaining about a host of issues, mostly people on Orange and some even claim they had to return their handsets or opted for a refund. So, does anyone know if these are really severe troubles and whether or not they have been fixed by LG? Cheers

Hi,
I updated my km900 via internet last night, and it does even less than it did before.

When i first got the phone i was very pleased with it. Since then the world clock app has turned into a new way of restarting my phone. I try to add a new country and it goes blank and restarts.

After the new firmware, the music no longer opens =(

Im gonna cheack the manual and see what it says, and if theres nothing productive then LG are gonna get a very angry email from me!

Apart from that, its a little slow, but a good phone when working lol

After emailing lg i got a response of, try a factory reset or...(w8 4 it) try upgrading the firmware -_- the firmware update caused the problem in the first place...

I tried the factory reset, my phone crashed half way through, and now its even more broken
