Right, let's start at the beginning. I dropped my phone down a staircase and it hit the concrete floor in my basement. I go to Verizon and give me a number to call. I call it and the next day I get my refurbished phone. (BTW, my phone is an original green enV). To activate it I have to charge it for 12 hours according to the instruction sheet. I turn on my enV and I see that it has 3 bars of battery. After a while it says something about registration and it shuts off. I charge it with the charger that came with my original phone because the one they sent me had a metal peice come off of it. Normally while my enV is charging, I can turn it on but right now it's completely blank and I can't turn it on. The charger I'm using works, and the outlet is fine, but the phone seems to be completely dead. I get a new phone on the 24th (day before school...:mad:) so I guess I can hold out for a bit, but this is really frustrating.
