Adding ringtones to LG enV3

Is it possible to add my own ringtones to the LG enV3 phone? I have some ringtones on my memory card but I do not know how to access them using this phone. Any help would be most appreciated.

if you have mp3s on your computer, you can just send them as an attachment to a picture message to your cellphone. Once the message is received, just click options and then save as a ringtone.

You should use the cable also... so it may be use for transfering data...
