touch is a crappy phone

i just sent two touches back to verizon, first one when i charged it at nite , i would get up and the screen was frozen would have to take battery out to start it up again, called verizon told me to take t to there wonderful techs, she told me it was my fault for leaving on the charger at nite. never had that trouble before, second froze all the time, done with that phone

Yes it is. And the env3 is just as bad.

really is the phone that bad? I was thinking of either the Touch or Rogue.

In the user giude on page 13 it says: The battery must be fully charged initially to improve battery lifetime. Disregard the first "Battery full" message and keep the phone on charge <b>overnight</b> (or for up to 14 hours).

I did exacltly that and my phone frozes at least once a day...
