If you're looking for a business phone you can get a smartfone like the perfect Nokia e-series or a blackberry. If you want a private phone you can get a simple one or an advanced multimedia music or 8 Megapixel phone.
But what if you're a business user and need some private functions too? I am a freelance interim manager and uses my mobile mostly for business, but I use it in weekends to take pictures and videos (my current Nokia N73 with 3.2 MP Carl Zeiss is my minimum standard).
Who knows the best hybrid mobile?

I think a hybrid mobile needs the following functions:
Business functions:
- Full Exchange support (with app like Nokia Mail for Exchange is allowed)
- List of calender items for today on start screen
- Contacts according to Exchange setup
- not too heavy for pocket of my suit (<150 gr, better about 100 gr)
Privat functions:
- Good camera (at least 3.2MP Carl Zeiss kwaliteit)
- Good video recording
- Wifi support
General:
- Free or with minor payment with average business phone plan
- Good reviews and not too old software

Things like full keyboard or digital compass could never be requirements of a hybrid: these belong to a real business phone or to a private phone respectively.

2 phones which certainly have all the requirements are the Iphone 3GS and the Palm Pre. However, the first one is too expensive (in the Netherlands) and the latter will be available around christmas (stupid move of Palm...)
So what's it gonna be? The Nokia N79 with the squeeky keyboard? The Samsung Ultra Touch? Or the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic (in top 10 business mobiles according to Vodafone...)
