There's been a lot of buzz about prepaid cell phones as a viable option, but I'm not seeing anything about the new StraightTalk plan which was touted in one article I read as the new Southwest Airlines of wireless. Except for the StraightTalk website which gives only rudimentary information, there's not much about StraightTalk out there and that's surprising. This plan offers 1000 minutes plus 1000 multi-media minutes for only $30 a month! 411 calls are free and there are no connection charges. Phones run from as cheap as $29.99 to a reasonably affordable $89.99. I'd like to hear more about this plan if anybody out there knows about it.

Not sure where you are looking but I've seen info on Straight Talk all over the web. Just use the Google (LOL) with the terms "Straight Talk" and TracFone or "Straight Talk" and Verizon and you'll see a zillion news articles and blog posts.
You seem to have the information about the "All you need" plan already. There's also an Unlimited plan for $45 for 30 days, with unlimited nationwide anytime minutes and texts.
The info is, as you say, on http://www.straighttalk.com, where there are links to buy phones and airtime. It's also available at select Walmart locations, but if it's not in your area, you can buy online on the site.
