If its possible, I would like to request that moderators create a "complaint department" forum in primarily the carrier discussion forums. As I look at the different forums it seams 50% (or more) of the topics posted are complaints against thier carriers or phones they provide. I think this is not only a way for people to find solutions for their issues but can also be theraputic if a person had a bad experience, or for representatives that work in the industry to vent their frustrations over ceritain issues. I believe this can in turn allow for certain people to act in a more professional mannor when they actually interact in the real world, and they can leave their gripes on the forum. This would also make it much easier for people to post legitimate questions about services and devices in the actual carrier forum themselves.
