European slide phone browser doesn't work in USA. Settings help please

Bought a nice SGH-D520 slide phone which works great as a phone and texter on AT&T... but the browser doesn't work. Screen reads "Service unavailable". Can I configure to work, or modify or....???? Does anybody know. Neither AT&T nor Samsung America will help.

The fact is that you are using one Unlock phone, right? you are not subscribe AT & T internet data plans, so you can not access the NET,, the fact is not brower prlems,,, it is you do not have any Internet access..

does it support wifi?
