Omnia battery question

I am a new Omnia owner. Just wondering if there is a thread about battery life here. It seems to be a bit on the short side. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

You might just be using things like the internet, media, etc a lot.

Mine lasts all weekend, even if use of camera, looking at pics, internet, etc.

You need to make sure that you disconnect from the internet after you're down with the browser, there might be a setting somewhere, but all you do is touch the "online" icon on the top bar. It'll be a G, E, 3G or whatever depending on what network it's on, and you'll see that same letter but smaller above the signal strangth arial bit. Anyway, touch that, it'll come up with a speech bubble giving you info about how long and what it's been connected to, it'll say hide and disconnect - you need to choose disconnect. You'll also need to do this after checking your emails. It's best to change your outlook to only sync to your mailbox manually as well.

You can change the screen brightness levels to slightly lower which should help a tiny bit, too.

BUT if it's just because you use your phone to watch movies on and the like, then really you'll just have to charge your phone. Having said that though, even with what I would consider heavy usage, my phone will last a full day and then maybe a little bit extra.
