I have the dare and its great but it gets really boring and im getting the touch in april here are some specs.... dare: 3.2 MP schnider kreuznech with flash. 240x400 resolution. on screen QWERTY. no vz tv. VZ navigator, 3G web browser and much more..... i dont like it a lot but i am ver very picky about my phones.
enV touch:The specification list of the mobile phone shows CDMA dual-band (800/1900 MHz), CDMA2000 1xRTT/1xEV-DO rev.0 connectivity, dual WVGA displays, both featuring a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels and support for 262,144 colors, while the additional display also includes touchscreen capabilities, a 3-megapixel photo snapper with Schneider Kreuznach lens, video recording capabilities, LED flash and auto focus, as well as media player with support for MPEG4, 3GP, 3G2 and WMV video files and MP3, AAC, AAC+ and WMA audio files.n addition, the LG enV Touch also sports a full-QWERTY keyboard, a 3.5mm headset jack, stereo speakers, Bluetooth 2.1 connectivity, USB slot, GPS receiver, a microSD memory card slot for additional storage space, with support for up to 16GB, a full HTML browser, email support, and a wide range of usual applications and features, such as Caller groups, Multiple Numbers Per Contact, Picture ID, Ring ID, Alarm, Calendar, Calculator, Stopwatch, World Clock, Notepad, EZ Tip Calculator, and moreThe LG enV Touch has surfaced recently on the Web, along with the LG enV3, in a series of leaked images, yet now we learn that the specification list of the phone has also made it into the wild. The new device, expected to come to the market as a replacement for the LG Voyager, thus being called LG Voyager 2, seems to come with a menu
system similar to that of its predecessor, and sports 5 icons across the bottom of the touchscreen, including Messaging, Dial Pad, Contacts List, and Favorites.
The Favorites menu on the enV Touch (VX11000) allows users to select from a number of 15 applications and menus, and also includes media items, such as pictures, videos, music, and web favorites. Basically, this shows that the handset will not come with the same 3-shortcut menu screen that is available with the LG Versa.
lg enV 3 ;Looking for a worthy upgrade to your ageing enV2? You may not have to wait long as we have news that the next iteration in the enV series is already on its way, worthy or not. According to VZW E, a member of HowardForums, who posted the pictures, the vx9200 or the enV3 sees a bump from 2 megapixels from its predecessor to 3 megapixel and a few structural changes including a curved external dialpad and the omission of one space bar button on the QWERTY keypad found inside. The display has added on a few more pixels from the looks of it, while the flanking stereo speakers remain where they were on the enV2. Not much of an upgrade if you ask me, but without the complete spec list, we might be wrong after all. Read on for one more fuzzy shot of the enV3’s exterior…

my LG enV Touch is on its way...... ordered it at 4:00 a.m. I was also looking at the lg dare but this phone seems more user friendly because of the touch screen QWERTY and the flip QWERTY. The enV touch just seems like it is capable of more so i chose it over the dare after i had played around with my friends enV 2 keyboard and i really like it over the dare's. Anything is better than a 4 year old Motorola sLvr!! will review it as soon as i get it. Check out JackassinFool5 if you want to see a video review, i will probably post it on Tuesday or Wednesday.
I think the Dare is a great phone, but not for the everyday user. The Env3 will be a good phone for the every day guy. Has a full keyboard and nice screen and the updates to it over the Env2 make it really appealing to the average joe (like me!)

That person was dumb and so are you for using the word gay to describe a phone. But yes, you can save sounds as ringtones from texts.
I had the env touch for about 3 months. At first I loved it. After a while the touch screen gets annoying and the battery is below average. I did by the extended batter and it then made it through the day, but then it was bulky. My friend let me buy his dare from him after he got a blackberry, I love it. Touch screen is far less annoying to use. Battery lasts two days with same used as the touch( heavy texting and multiple short calls). Yet so light and slim. Dare wins hands down

LG envy is the best one in all three. I like it's design and keypad. I am very impress with it. I am very happy to have it.

I heard about the Touch batter life and not sure if I want to buy the Touch now. I might want to go with Samsung Rogue.
