SE Xperia Or HTC Touch Pro?

Im deciding between the SE Xperia and HTC Touch Pro. I was wondering what the main difference is between the two phones were and which one would work better with AT&T.

I know AT&T carries the HTC touch pro but i still would buy the unlocked version cause i hate all the extra stuff AT&T gives you on their phones. So what is your guys opinions?

The touch pro sucks really bad.
Its laggy and not very responsive, and thick as ****.

We dont have the htc pro we have the htc fuze which is pretty good. Sprint and verizon have the htc pro. I myslef hate sony but would definitely go with the xperia.
