Ok I have heard some great things about the LG Dare so I decided to get one when my ENVY broke. Well I bought the phone on 2/5 and I am already on my third replacement. My phone will be right next to me with full service but I do not recieve any phone calls or texts and voicemails. Once I go to make a call and hit send, all of a sudden its ringing off "new voicemail" "new text". This is becoming extremely fustrating and Verizon has been NO help at all. I have done software upgrades and everything. The manager told me it might be a "network problem" so I don't know how the heck I am suppose to fix this problem. This can go on for hours too.. someone will start calling me around 3 and go up until 7 leaving voicemails and texting and I get NOTHING. They say it rings 4 times and then goes to voicemail. I will check my phone often and have no missed calls or anything. The ONLY time i recieve the messages is when I go to make a call. Has anyone else had a similar problem with the Dare or has any useful info to help me out?

That definitely doesn't sound like a phone issue. When the manager told you it was a network issue, he was probably right, but just not sure exactly what it was. Is your old EnV still turned on??? That could cause major issues with the network "switch" because event though their systems show your new phone, your old phone is still programed to your number and connected to the network. Otherwise, I would contact tech support to escalate the issue.

I would Have to Agree They would have to manually reprogram your Phone as in actiuvate in case of a network failure lately verizon has been busy with their network due to the fact that they are connecting qwests and alltels to become one with the system and has been a painful process for them most likely your phone is in a limbo in which is stuck either within the envy or the network its self Try Calling in to verizons technical and escalate the problem please respond to us to know if there is anything we could do etc
