View Full Version : LG Dare Music Player for Audiobooks

I bought the LG Dare mainly to combine my mp3 player with my cell phone.
The Music Player is good, but it is difficult to use for Audiobooks. mainly
there is no book mark feature. Kind of a pain to find where you left off
when your file is 8hrs long!
For books broken up in to smaller files, the files just don't down load
onto the phone in order. ( I think there is a trick to this by painstakingly
renaming the files and each property.) wouldn't it be nice to order your music by file name?

Any help here, or do I need to turn this phone in for another one?
Perhaps there is another Music Player application to install. or a verizon patch.

thanks

I haven't figured out how to download audio books to my dare period. Also I'm having trouble with the voice dial feature. It keeps timing out.
An thought or help you can provide

i know this is a little off topic but, emusic.com (http://www.emusic.com/audiobooks/index.html) is a great place to get audio books. As for your phone i hope you find someone to help you. I bought the LG shine and it was pretty good.
