Hello
I am having trouble deciding on a new phone and was hoping someone could help. I own a business and currently use a Blackberry 8830. I would like to possibly upgrade to a smart phone and I have narrowed the search down to either a Blackberry Storm, Apple IPhone or a Samsung Omnia. The phone is primarily used for business but it is the only phone i use so it is also used for me personally.
I am looking for:
- Reliable E-mail
- Easy to use keyboard for sending text and E-mail messages
- a user friendly calendar option that is easy to sync with. I would consider using Google calendar if it could be made easy (convenient) or Apple's MobilMe.
- slick (fast) transition between screens. I'm inpatient and don't like waiting for the screens to change.
- a steady and reliable accelerometer.
- A full day of talk-battery life.
- A fair amount of storage for documents and pictures.
I don't care about:
- Camera picture quality
- Viedo
- Games
In my research so far, the features and options on the I phone are exactly what I am looking for but I'm a little leary about changing to AT&T. I have been happy with Verizon and have been using them for 8 years! The Storm looks and feels a bit "clunky" but maybe I need to give it a chance? .... The Samsung looks like a good phone but I'm not sure I want to go back to a Windows based phone. .... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
