Problems accessing yahoo on rant

I am having problems accessing Yahoo through the one click function on this phone. I have applied the Yahoo icon to the carousel, and when I select the mail function, I am instructed to download upgrade version S7819B. I select to upgrade, select yes on the following screen, and the phone enters into a data receiving screen(hourglass surrounded by circling bubbles). This lasts indefinitely. I tried to let it run all night, and this morning it was still running. I am not sure if this is an issue with the phone, Sprint, or Yahoo. Any help or advice would be appreciated.:confused:

After calling and emailing Sprint tech support with no answers forthcoming, I decided to try to download the upgrade one more time last night, and what do you know? It downloaded like it was supposed to.

I have been trying to add an email account and keep getting the message that there is a required update...however; when i try to install it it just keeps going and going....hourglass never stops.

Is this a known issue with Sprint ... tech support couldn't help.... should I wait a day and try again?

Any suggestions or input is appreciate.
