HP 6515, converting videos to play on it??

Just wondering how to? I have a video on my SD card and the picture will play, but no sound?

I've got an audiovox smt5600 and I just use Windows media player 10 to transfer the files and it converts automatically. Sorry if that doesn't help, that's all I got.
