How do I watch movies on my phone that are on my miniSD card?

I've gotten the videos on the card, but I can't seem to figure out how to actually watch them on my phone. I'm kind of lost. Any help would be appreciated.

to play movies or videos on a 9800 you have to change the format of the file to a "3gp" file

And they have to be placed in the my flix folder.

i have a i rock phone do u no if i can transfer movies from my computer onto my phone?

And you have to be able to read the manual and be smart enough to operate the phone.....
