I downloaded some sounds I recorded on my phone onto my computer. The file extension is .qcp. I did some googling and found a program that is suppose to play the file called PureVoice, but I get an error when I try to: "Error: error in QCP parser: bad rate found while counting packets (offset=194)".
Anyone know what the problem is? Thanks.
