Download photos BenQ M300

Hi!, first time visitor.:confused:
I have a BenQ that is not recognized by the computer in order to download my images (photos) into it.
I had to install software for the connection cable that came with my phone, but still I don't see the phone in the computer.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi dasare,
I see that your post is quite old kindly let me know if you have since then been sucessful in connecting your phone to the pc and downloaded your pictures.... If so how did you do it i am having the similar problem.
