I got three Samsung phones at Costco with the AT & T deal. They worked good from 2/08 until about the first of August. We asked Costco and they told us to complain to warranty people which we did. Battery would not hold a charge. They sent us a new battery. It didn't hold a charge either. They sent us a "new" phone which also did not hold a charge. They sent us a second "new" phone which also did not hold a charge. We plug them in and they say they are charging, then they say they are charged, but in less than 24 hours they are dead without even having been used. Anybody have any ideas about this?
