Samsung SCH-U510 Video Transfer to/from MicroSD

When I use my video recorder, I send the videos to my memory card. Then when I put the memory card in the MicroSD and put it into my computer, my computer can't read the videos. They are in a really weird video format. How can I make my computer read these? Here is an example of one of the video filenames:

i was wondering how long of videos ur able to take because it only lets me take 15 sec videos even after i switch it to save to my 1gb memory card, is urs only 15 secs too or did u do something to make it longer??? plz help
