Samsung sgh f250 pix receiving

so i cant get pictures. it will tell me i have one, and i choose the "retrieve" option, and it will take a minute and then go back to how it was at first. nothing opens, no new options appear. just the "retrive" one.

does anyone know anything that might help me?
