Has anyone noticed that the Nokia 6205 is not offered on the website anymore? "Out of Stock".... but ....

I called customer service and they were unable to locate it anywhere in their database. Even out of stock items still stay listed and tells them they were out of stock. What happened with the phone? Why was it pulled for performance issues?

Hmmm.... Think the Joker has something to do with this? Any inside news???

Nope...it's all sold out already (just like tickets to see The Dark Knight on opening weekend). It was a limited production phone. It should be rereleased soon minus all the batman stuff.

That doesn't explain why it's missing from your device catalog. The rep said it was there one day and now he can't even find it by searching his equipment list.

Actually, it won't. That particular model of phone is currently being recalled and pulled from all stores.

I have no idea why and what the problem is and I also don't quite know if the batman edition is affected as well.

It's still available in our internal resources and shows in stock (the Dark Knight edition). You should be able to call customer service and order it. Also, there are no technical bullitins listed for the phone, possibly the standard Nokia 6205 did but not the Batman phone. Just call customer service and ask for it.
