mobile IMs on detailed bill

i know that a im is seen as a text message, but does it show phone numbers?

Unfortunitly even on the most detailed bill, it wont show the phone numbers associated with text messages.

If you are a Verizon customer and have an online account through myVerizon, you can now view text usage the same way we do in store from under billing detail/ text or, by looking under current usage, from bills that haven't posted yet. Current usage has a slight delay on updating information, but it is still up to date within the hour.
