Yes I am the first to report on the new Chocolate three that is going to be released later this month beggining of nexxt(july). Just like with the first and the second Chocolate Lg continues to take all the features ppl couldnt stand gut out the phone and try to make something worth buying. Not much has been released about the specifics of the phone. All i have seen is pictures and a dummy version of the phone. The phone itself is going to have a scroll wheel like the second choco. However, this time around LG has gotten rid of the over bearing sensativety issues with it. Aside from that, it seems like they are getting away from the touch sensative keys on the main display. Its still going to be a slider however and if rumors serve me right they should be coming out in black, purple, red and pink. So for all of you that are interested in taking a shot at the new chocolate, here it comes. I will try to update this according once i find out more about the phone and its specifications.

I was original person to right the forum here. So far LG hasnt released any definate colors. However the rumors of a pink, red, black and blue ones are highly likely. from the original and choco 2 those where the most sold colors. the Tint/brightness of the colors however will be a total wait to see.

Well if you go to this website below, you can look at a pic of the chocolate 3....which by the way is not a slider and really looks nothing like the other 2....which is kind of a bummer cuz the first two were really cute! Also, you can look at the other two new lg phones that verizon has---LG Dare and LG Decoy.

The chocolate phones are providing me with job secruity for the next two years! Thanks LG!
(in other words, this will be another flop like the first two! Atleast its not a slider)

The Decoy is nothing like the Chocolate. The Decoy has a toggle, it has a mirrored finish, it has an integrated and attached BT headset and it isn't geared towards being a music player.

The finish has nothing to do with whether it's similar or not. It has a toggle rather than the wheel and 4 buttons rather than touchpad. No it's not "advertised" as a music phone but still supports memory cards and has VCast music so it is technically "geared" for it. Chocolate 1 and 2 were both slider phones however and now the decoy is while the Chocolate 3 is now a flip. Changing to a flip completely takes away any similarity from its predecessors. Also the new integrated headset doesn't take away from its similarity, just something to make getting the newer version more appealing. That's like saying the chocolate 2 isn't really a chocolate because it has a navigation wheel rather than the buttons that the first chocolate had. Phones change, that's how they sell.
