Why, you ask, might such a simple-looking phone make me stop in my tracks? With the name being an indication of what's so special about it, the Nokia X3 Touch and Type couples a quirky 4x4 key keyboard ...

Nokia 7230 Review

The Nokia 7230 is a 3G entry level slider that was released earlier this year running Nokia’s S40. Although it is a basic slider, the phone still sports some decent features such as a 3.2 megapixel camera and a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and therefore seems to be aimed at the teen ...

Nokia C3 Review

One of the features Nokia touts for its Cseries line is “messaging for the masses”. The Finnish company made a name for itself with the excellent thumbboard devices from the Eseries, providing a Symbian alternative for fans of the BlackBerry form factor. Today, we are introducing the Nokia X3 that is less spectacular than the X6, but will ...

Nokia 3720 classic Review

The Nokia 3720 classic is one of those handsets that you can torture in any way imaginable and yet, they won´t leave you high and dry. You did? Does it ring a bell? That is the name of the most expensive product in the Nokia catalogue – the only major company on the market that offers such exquisite models. The 8800 series of the Finnish phone maker is close to the lines of manufacturers like Vertu and Gresso, which offer even more luxurious phones. The rest is 'rabble', fighting for characteristics. On top remains the sensation aroused by expensive materials and refined design...

Nokia 7310 Supernova Review

The Supernova line was announced by Nokia with the idea to offer budget phones, balanced between an attractive appearance, features and price. Similarly to the higher classes, here the main thing for the design is not only to be easy to use but also to be striking and become the reason for the consumer to purchase it. Bold colors are used, including electric green and pink as opposed to the basic boring grey, black and white; a phone with such a panel rarely remains unnoticed, and that’s exactly what the creators of Supernova wanted to avoid ...

Nokia 5310 XpressMusic Review

With its dedicated control buttons, 3.5mm audio jack, FM radio with RDS, and stereo Bluetooth, it would be rather hard to miss that this is geared for those wanting a great cellphone with outstanding music capabilities. Still, we can’t forget about the rest of functions as this is still a cellphone at heart...

Nokia 5610 XpressMusic Review

The music slider 5610 XpressMusic falls in to the middle class music phones of the manufacturer, combining a youth design and a 3.2-megapixel camera with flash and autofocus, FM Radio with RDS, the ability to play videos with 'quality close to DVD' and a 3G connection ...

Nokia 8800 Arte Review

The Finnish manufacturer Nokia is the only one from the big boys, to offer a luxury line aside from the regular devices for the mass market. The phones from the 8800 series are very stylish quality products, aiming to distinguish their owner from the crowd, demonstrating a higher-class...

Nokia 6500 slide Review

In Nokia 6500 slide we notice a combination, on the one hand, of the 8600 Luna sensation with a very good camera, on the other, but at a lower price. Special attention has been paid to every detail; the objective of this perfection in manufacturing being satisfaction of every customer requirement. Though the steel panels make a heavy phone, this weight and the cool sensation underlie the feel of luxury and style, and without the need to be deprived of the basic functions of a really cutting-edge device at that.

Nokia 6555 Review

So, is the 6555 a great multipurpose phone at the end? Well, yes. Okay, so it may not get any awards or attract you from that iPhone or BlackBerry but that’s not what its goal is. The 6555 is there to get you through the day and still provide you with plenty of features in case you find yourself without say your MP3 player, internet connection, or camera. When you consider its price low price, the deal seems that much better...

Nokia 8600 Luna Review

The 8600 Luna is the high-class phone of Nokia that shows off with design but has limited functionality, typical for a mid-range phone.A slider reminding of the 8910, this one uses stainless steel and smoked glass for semi-lucent slider that covers the keyboard ...

Nokia 6300 Review

Nokia 6300 is simply stylish, classical and high-quality; though, unfortunately, somewhat dull. It is definitely oriented towards a more ‘grown-up’ age group, rendering it inappropriate for young people. If we add its stable operation as a phone with quite a few functions to the good image

Nokia 8800 Sirocco Edition Preview

As an upgrade to the original 8800, the Sirocco Edition features a slight facelift that, we particularly think, makes the phone look sleeker and more stylish. The improved tactile response and design of the keypad are a good idea by Nokia, but it's still quite uncomfortable to use as the numeric keys are very small. Meanwhile, the shooter has been upgraded to 2 megapixels which is important as that has become like a standard lately. You will also be able to store more multimedia content now as the amount of internal memory you have at your disposal is doubled, but unfortunately, there's still no cards support for expanding it. However, if you're looking for a stylish and fashionable handset that would make people around you go “WOW” and you cannot afford a Vertu phone, then Nokia's 8800 Sirocco Edition is definitely a good option.
